The Mace Grove

Project Overview 

Designed for Mr. Arun Kumar, this cozy 3BHK vacation home is a prime example of sustainable architecture in Kerala. The primary design constraint was strict eco-preservation: absolutely no existing trees could be cut. By treating the site’s five mature nutmeg trees as architectural anchors rather than obstacles, our design team created a nature-integrated retreat. The main ground floor block is strategically aligned parallel to the rear boundary, maximizing usable space while flawlessly preserving the natural landscape.
